In accordance with Article 13 of the European Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data No. 2016/679/EU of 27 April 2016, SOFRALAB is committed, in the course of its activities, to ensuring the protection, confidentiality and security of the personal data of the users of its services, as well as to respecting their privacy.
This policy applies in particular to customers and users of the offers and services and to visitors to the SOFRALAB Group websites.

This privacy policy supplements the general terms and conditions of sale available on request or on our website.
1) The data controller

2) The data collected
The personal data that may be collected and stored on the site by SOFRALAB are the following:
- Identification data : Name, first name, identifier, SIREN...
- Contact data: postal address, email, telephone number and other personal data provided spontaneously by the interested party through the "Contacts" page of the websites
- Profiles for customer segmentation
In accordance with Article 8 of the above-mentioned Regulations, SOFRALAB cannot accept
collect or store data from persons under the age of 16.
This personal data may be collected when the user fills out a contact request form or when placing an order.
3) Collection and use of collected data
SOFRALAB processes personal data only for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes.
The purposes pursued by SOFRALAB are the following:
