The Oenoterris\u00ae range of nutritional biostimulants aims to <strong>correct imbalances encountered in plots<\/strong> and <strong>to optimize the grape potential<\/strong>. It is coupled with the monitoring of agronomic indicators such as those presented below.<\/p>\n\t<h3>Nitrogen <strong>content<\/strong><\/h3>\n\t<p>Nitrogen is an element that plays a <strong>essential physiological role<\/strong> in the plant in terms of protein synthesis, photosynthesis and the plant\u2019s metabolism in general (synthesis of amino acids, hormone messengers, etc.). <strong>Assimilable nitrogen also plays an oenological role<\/strong> because it has an impact on the fermentability of the must. The level of nitrogen is therefore an important factor to be measured as soon as the grapes close.<\/p>\n<p>Plots treated with the Oenoterris\u00ae Programs have <strong>higher nitrogen content<\/strong>, which seems to indicate <strong>better nitrogen uptake,<\/strong>as shown by its dosage at the veraison stage. The box and whisker graph opposite shows medians (lines in the middle of the box) and means (crosses in the middle of the box) higher on the Oenoterris\u00ae modality, thus illustrating this trend.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/oenoterris.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/Teneur-en-azote-EN-1.png\" alt=\"Nitrogen content\" itemprop=\"image\" height=\"1364\" width=\"2048\" title=\"Nitrogen content\" onerror=\"this.style.display='none'\"  \/>\n\t<p>Nitrogen content measured in petioles at veraison in plots following or not the Oenoterris\u00ae Program. The extremes (LUV+ or LUV-) show a nutritional imbalance (excess or deficit of assimilation).<\/p>\n\t<h3>The index<strong> index<\/strong><\/h3>\n\t<p>By reading <strong>MaturOx<\/strong>A specific index optimized for maturity control allows, based on an expert rule, to establish <strong>harvest window according to predefined<\/strong> wine aroma profiles.<\/p>\n<p>Based on a voltametric measurement, the index gives a <strong>footprint of the grapes<\/strong> as they evolve during maturation (quantity of sugar per berry). The classical parameters of the must are analyzed and innovative indicators such as fermentability and organoleptic potential are measured.
